      too much working pressure and low salary

      Pros

      some ships are new and income is tax free with a decent pay but no benefits are given apart from the salary also deduction is around 50% of the pay... more than the income tax.

      Cons

      delays in sign on and off and too much working pressure every time. looking to cut down the running cost by reducing the pay of employee, deductions too high and more than the income tax.absolutely no work ethics. declare huge statements and aims which they never happen get any closer in achieving it.

      No pros...my sincere advise to seafarers don't join this company ,there are no work ethics,senior officers are abusive,if you are a casualty they will send you home with no assistance what so ever

      Cons

      0%safety,worst senior management team on board all vessels that I have sailed..horrible work environment no systematic approach,demoralising safety meetings,worst living conditions,below standard salary structures..

      New ships, salary ontime, foreign wages, no tax but all benifits apparant they end up deducting a lot more than even thought.

      Cons

      Bad work ethics, doesnt matter u r there for 5 months or 5 years.....all same.. They exploit at times......even asked psid wages back on few ships whose owners ran bankrupt........... be careful before giving away your documents..... no accountability...... no good employee relationship.......llvery less retention.........
