A genuine passion for patients and their own people
Pros
- There is a real pro-active approach to involving Employees in everything that happens at the company from company developments to where the Ski weekend is happening next year. - Management are very approachable and not authoritative in their approach. They are genuinely interested in improving and take the same approach to improving internal processes as they would solving complex client problems. - I've never seen a company put such genuine effort into nurturing relationships with their alumni and go out of their way to make sure they feel welcome even when they've moved on. Even to the extent of helping with this transition.
Cons
There aren't too many I can think of here. I think there are lots of areas we can improve in terms of internal processes and improving efficiencies but I think the attitude is always one of learning from my experience.
