I came here in an entry-level position and have since been able to work my way into management. I can't say enough kind things about upper management and our talented staff. They've made my life a joy for the past few years and hopefully will continue to do so for the next several to come.

Cons

Nothing bad to say, it's a joy to work here.

There are a lot of great people to with, even management has been friendly in my experience. It seems like everyone is given a lot of opportunities to develop and show off their strongest skills, so it's been a satisfying work experience overall.

Cons

It took me some time to get used to everything when I was hired.

Hiring from within is a huge focus

Pros

One of the biggest reasons I originally accepted the position was because they told me how dedicated that are to hiring from within and helping their employees grow professionally, and I've been really happy to see firsthand that that is the case. Executive Mosaic is certainly a company that makes it easy to build a succesful career.

Cons

We're expected to work hard and take pride in what we do, but I'm not sure there's a business where that isn't the case.
