Have to read a book that management does not follow Management is disconnected from their employees Awful and hostile work culture Everyone smokes Management does not listen to employees Employees talk behind everyone's back Management and employees have a company first customer last mentality.

Executive Technologies is a seriously great company to be a part of, the culture and atmosphere are infectious. It is a place for people who like to work hard and play hard. The quality of every company starts at the top and we have an awesome President and management team. Not only does Executive Technologies offer the chance to really grow yourself as a professional, but as an individual as well by having employees actively engaged in their communities. I am very happy to be involved with such a fantastic company.
