Hi there, First of all, thank you for this review. Although the score doesn’t represent this at first glance. We’re proud to read you enjoyed working together with your Exellys colleagues. It is true that, for quite some time now, Exellys is part of ProjectiveGroup. While we remain our own brand with its own mission, being part of a broader group offers more opportunities for our people in the long run. Is everything going smoothly all the time? No. Are we learning every step of the way? Absolutely. We’d love to turn your frustration into something positive, so please reach out to your Talent Development Manager (or even info@exellys.com) and let’s have an open conversation about this. Because we want to do better everyday. Thanks, Team Exellys

Hi, Thanks for your review. Given the score you gave us we’re still happy to see more positive than negative points. We take a lot of pride in our training programmes, coaching sessions and company events so it’s great to see that reflected in your review. Although we can’t talk for you or your specific situation, we’d like to clearly state that matching with clients has nothing to do with ‘luck’. There are a lot of factors (location, skills, culture, consultant preferences etc.) that we take into account before we match an Exellyst with one of our clients. Does this match always work out flawlessly? Of course not, but given the fact that +75% integrates and the becomes an internal employee of their client after concluding their Exellys programme we can conclude that this is an exception rather than the rule. If for some reason, the match isn’t there after all, we always take action swiftly and put the Exellyst first. In fact, this ‘safety net’ is another big reason why people like to join us (next to the strong focus on personal and professional development that you already mentioned). As far as your comment on salary, we can confirm that you can definitely find an employer that will give you a slightly higher pay check but it’s important to be aware that our salaries are competitive in our industry (we know because we regularly check this), include attractive fringe benefits ànd that we offer numerous training and coaching opportunities on top of that. Anyway, please give us suggestions on what we can do better. We strongly believe that our very own people are the ones that can make us better. So again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to welcome you at one of our (alumni) events very soon! Team Exellys
