If i have to summarize i would just say i resigned after 1 month and i have no job lined up. 12 hrs per day no life balance worst place to work if u r maintaince guy. Very lucrative offer u will get but they are only on the paper. Ex job tym 8am to 5pm But u can leave before 8 pm even if u left, u will have to comeback becoz there maintain very less manpower, no shift incharge, Wana join exide join as worker if u r engineer stay away. I am being blunt because i know what i have done. If u have any dream about further study, exams then exide is not for u, if ur ready to devote 24*7 to this company then u hav future now u can face politics, union problems. A worker has more influence than engg. My advice stay away from haldia exide. I dont knw about other brances of exide but haldia 😬

Company higher management also dont know what they actually wants to achieve and what was the goal. Weekly closing is only for sales not for dealers actually no dealer scheme closes on weekly closing, as per their schedule they send any every for market survey without thinking if suffers our sales, All immediate superiors only thinks about their incentive only they dont bother about any sales executive incentives. Even they dont fight to management for you. They are actually one kind Poppet who act as per management only.
