      Great in the beginning, terrible in the end.

      Pros

      Was a fantastic company when I first joined, smart people, great culture, interesting technology. Then the original founders left and it all went to hell.

      Cons

      Towards the end, senior management of the company was a disgrace. There appeared to be lots of dumb, rushed decisions. Seemed to chase new ideas every week with no solid direction. Too many people with C-level and VP titles relative to the size of the company. Other noteworthy points: - Staff cuts every 6-12 months. - An obvious drop in product quality (the main dev team was moved from Australia to Canada, lots of good talent and IP was lost). - The CEO is just a glorified sales guy, not a leader.

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with friendly people. The culture is improving, morale is growing in some groups. Free snacks are Friday lunches started few months back.

      Cons

      Strategy seem to be missing of if present it is not communicated well. High turnover in sales, marketing, and product management groups.
