I’ve had a positive experience working at Exiros. The work environment is professional yet welcoming, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and growth. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which makes it easy to voice concerns and contribute ideas. One of the things I appreciate most is the company culture. There is a genuine focus on teamwork, respect, and professional development. The management team encourages learning opportunities and provides resources to help employees grow in their roles. Work-life balance is generally good, and the company offers flexibility when needed. The benefits and compensation are competitive, and there are clear opportunities for advancement for those who are willing to take initiative.

Cons

Only 1 day of home office. Company bonus tends to not be competitive (however salary is good for the market) Growing within the company takes longer than in other companies.

Great benefits and bonus schedules.

Cons

No work life balance. Non existent transparency. Too many managers, not enough implementation staff. Inconsistent communication. Very little opportunity for growth unless you’re a white hispanic or Italian person.
