      Pros

      Exlog actively seeks out talent, and rewards hard work. They target personnel who are a cut above industry standards - the result is a workplace with competent staff and high morale. Leadership is very responsive when pinged for changes/modifications/etc in order to meet client needs and maintain positive morale amongst the staff. I worked at low, mid, and management levels within a local office - and enjoyed every moment at every position.
