      Pros

      There are no pros to working for them because they do not have respect for developers.

      Cons

      Veteran programmer had appointment that recruiter missed. Recruiter did not have email/phone-calls. Even after contacting corporate about this, corporate did not return email/phone-call. Never actually worked for them because their disrespect and professionalism lacked.

      No interest in development of Emplyees. Leadership threatens/makes lies up about others. - Pretty sure they have a gentleman violating a non compete. - No help or training. - not open to innovation from staff. - can't take constructive criticism from employees. - no raises, bonuses, or recognition of top employees. - no loyalty
