Above average pay Great benefits Supportive working environment Great coworkers and clients Outreach efforts are trauma-informed Relatively light case manager caseload Teams are collaborative, with other case managers stepping in to help if there are conflicting appointments. You get to know your clients very well Rewarding to see clients get into housing and other services

Cons

Seeing your clients work so hard, do everything right, jump through a million hoops and visit a million different government buildings all across town to submit paperwork -- and still get denied housing... can really affect your mental health
