      Pros

      Real, proven tech in industrial IoT space, solid track record of customer success and satisfaction, strong sense of team and collaborative environment, also good work-life balance for a tech startup

      Cons

      Cons are more specific to the tech and less towards the company, IoT is generally a more complex, challenging product to sell with long sales cycles. Not necessarily a con but an observation of the product and the IoT landscape.
