I've learned a huge amount from when I started with this company. I felt as though the work that the company mattered.
Cons
The pay is NOT industry standard for the Boston area. The parent company is based in Michigan and they act like ExoDx is a Michigan company...it's not. They forget how expensive it is to live in MA. The management depends on what team you're on. The department drama is WILD. The retention is not great and getting worse. Definite sexism from certain managers.
