Pros

Free food on Fridays, friends and family discount, some nice managers

Cons

- There’s no end time on your shifts -if you start at 8:30am you might be able to go home by 5pm -if you start at 9am you’re not leaving until 7 or 8pm. If it’s busy and drivers are finishing up, you stay until everyone is done -they say you get commission but it’s under 3% of your sales… also, you have to work up front at registration to be able to make commission. People are greedy and will put their name down for the sale even though a floor employee sold the experience -you have to give all the days off you need, a month in advance. So good luck getting a day off if you didn’t ask for it - driving instructors are rude although they get a little better over time

Pros

Challenge to build the new potential company with the team

Cons

It was not a corporate company or dealership like my previous company Alfuttaim group but we are working to systematically apply the same roles
