They say family friendly but not truly
Pros
Work from home, flexible hours
Cons
Where to begin. I am going to rate them as they rated potential candidates. “Amateur at the very least”! They are not 100% on how to get the outcome they want. But have high expectations that are unrealistic expectations. When you first start they push how much they are “family friendly” but when you are off the clock and don’t put the company first they try to make you in the wrong! Even if your time for the day is done. They set your product activity goals for everyone but then expect certain people for 3 months to do 50% more work with no additional pay or time on the clock. Even if you hit your requirements it’s still not enough and they expect more. They say 20 hours but in order to hit your goals you’re working more but can’t clock in for them. Management will feel comfortable enough “body shame you” for women’s clothing & your body being “inappropriate” yet men show up on virtual meetings with button down shirts not button up all the way and open the chest. They have a good “thought” process on the business and what they “want” but who/what they are doing and having implemented this is where they fall very short. Truly see why they have a high turnover rate and can’t keep employees.
