Pros
The learning curve at this place has been faster than any environment I have worked in. If you want to learn something, learn it. If you want to do something, do it. Opportunities are there for those that want them and are willing to roll their sleeves up and contribute.
Cons
You will need to work out the ley of the land on your own for the most part. You can seek guidance from pretty much anyone, but there is no “career plan” you can follow. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, if you’re tired of the corporate hierarchical BS you get at other companies.
