Pros
Everyone is really nice to work with. Everyone is chill and at the same time really helpful in terms of the requirements, your inquiries, and your work needs. I really grew up and learned a lot of technical things with my team. They pushed me to be at my best while still being there to support me whenever I need one. They always commend me of my skills and achievements too, which is for me one of the best things, and at the same time, its okay with them if you make mistakes, as long as you learn from it.
Salary is very competitive, as well as the other benefits. Very flexible schedule and understanding if ever you need to take time off.
Dave, specifically also is one of the best that I have worked with. There will be shortcommings, but he'll always do what's best for you and the company the best way he can. He'll also always be available to you, and help you as much as he can. Always thankful of him.
Cons
There are times that you'll receive calls or sudden meetings very early in the morning, but not always (sometimes understandable due to client availability and this is in AU timezone). There are also times that time tracking will be strict especially for non billable related tasks, but often times not and are very generous especially for project related tasks as long as its valid
