Pros

Opportunity to travel (though never time to explore). High profile clients and events

Cons

Horrible compensation, no work/life balance, no respect, no recognition, no annual performance reviews, no incentive program, little-to-no benefits. This company is family owned and they primarily look out for themselves. A bulk of their full time workforce left them due to the toxic work environment. This company is detrimental to one’s mental health and they will exhaust you physically and emotionally.

Pros

Well managed promotional work with clear goals and responsive corporate team. They pay in a timely manner, and I never had any issues with being paid the right amount. I rarely needed time off, but when I did I was accommodated. Just a great company to do promotional marketing work with if you show up on time, and do your job.

Cons

Occasionally things would change without notice. So you would have to be prepared to improvise, and ideally this should not be the case. Hardly a "Con" as this is true of most work environments.
