Pros

The direct managers were great!

Cons

This company has posted recent positive reviews to discredit organic reviews from real employees, as well as raise the horrible approval rating of the CEO. They are stating that the negative reviews have been left by disgruntled employees from an outsourced company that does not share Experience.com’s vision and core values. You hired these employees and want to take away their voice, that’s now how reviews work. During an uncertain time, employees were getting laid off weekly, with little to no communication to the teams that were losing their colleagues. Saying this company has high turnover is an understatement, you would wait till Monday to see who’s laid off, then wait for Friday to see who’s the new-hire all star that’s going to help turn things around. It really shows how reckless the company is financially, as well as showing absolutely no empathy for its employees. Now on to COVID - Working from home was convenient, but the CEO did not provide any updates on the office or check on any of the employees mental health during the pandemic. He also encouraged people to go into the office during the full closure/ stay at home period, which was extremely careless and selfish. He then opened a new office in Nashville, and to celebrate, threw a costume party resulting in a COVID scare.

Pros

There aren't any pros to working here at this time.

Cons

The health benefits are atrocious. The executive team has zero idea what they are trying to accomplish. No real goal as an organization and no clear direction. The CEO has zero idea what he is doing. He is a used car salesman and will always sell you on an idea but never. back it up with action They keep hiring SVPs and then firing them within 6 months of bringing them in so there is no stability in the entire company. The product is completely flawed and there are no engineers to fix things when they break. There is zero enablement. You will not be onboarded properly, you'll never learn the product, and you will not grow in your job. If you are looking at working here I highly suggest you look elsewhere as there is a good chance you will be "laid off" within 6 months regardless of job performance. In the past 2 years there have been 4 mass layoffs and a 5th mass exodus of quality talent. Everyone is over worked and under payed. Half the company are influencers and don't actually do any work. They travel to conferences to promote their personal brand and do not bring anything of value back to the company
