Pros

If you know how to do office politics, you can survive. Those who can "BS" their way will see growth.

Cons

So-called "Top management" only trusts their "chamchas" or former colleagues and does not have any sort of disability to those in middle to the bottom level.

Beware of PF amount. The company will deduct your PF. When I checked my PF account, the employer contribution is not yet credited. This happens to lot of lot of people, especially those who left the company. When we call the HR, he would say check periodically. Now even after 4 years company won't credited even a single penny. The company is expanding much, purchasing new floors etc in Technopark, but not have enough money to credit to employees PF account. Beware ... We ex-employees planning to file a petition against this nature of company...

Hello everyone i got campus placed into 5 companies i rejected 4 of them just to get into Experion technologies. I regret doing so. I havent started working but this is how it is with them... The company hires numerous students from multiple colleges and benches them for a long time. They dont mention about the training being in batches, after giving you the offer letter theyll mention all these delays and changes in the training pattern. Everything is a surprise with them. If the company is aware that they dont have capacity to hire over a number of employees then why do they hire above the required limit? They havent called the placed students to work yet but are looking for new students to work for them from colleges. Dont fall for the trap. Company is ridiculous. I was one of the top students of my college and I got placed in multiple companies with similar and higher pay, I declined all of them just to join this company as a few yes men of the company said it is nice, Now i am benched for more than year. On asking they say "Learn something IT related at home". If i was to sit at home and learn why would i join this company? Try for some better companies.Go to this company if no option.
