Pros

You may be able to have a flexible schedule based on your availability like if you are in college. Nothing else is good.

Cons

This job is SALES. You sell cable and internet at Walmart. HR has no clue what to do and the president also has no clue. You work six out of seven days of the week for 10-12 hours each day. You wait for 2 hours for a 15 minute interview. You only get paid in commission no matter what they tell you. I had no time for a life with this company because I was always working. And you have to stand for 10-12 hours while at Walmart. I do not recommend working here.

Thank you for providing us with your feedback. We never want to keep candidates waiting when they have come all the way to meet us. Thank you for waiting, we are actively looking at our interview process and making positive changes so we can better manage the mass of applicants applying and in turn run a much quicker, and smoother process. We look for people who are able to have fun and enjoy themselves at work and pair it with a great work ethic and desire to succeed, this makes the customers feel more relaxed and they receive a positive customer experience. Fortunately, most of our candidates offer these attributes and are highly motivated and driven people, so we are able to offer this opportunity to them, this is something we are very proud of. Many Thanks

Pros

Absolutely none. It’s a huge waste of time. Don’t even bother here. You won’t have a life anymore. Just run.

Cons

First of all it’s a big scam. For a commission based job you’re supposed to make at least a minimum wage to be able to survive but they don’t do that. They will tell you you get a base pay when in all reality you don’t. I worked here for 4 weeks and never got a paycheck. They don’t reimburse you for gas which is also a joke and if something happens to your vehicle while you’re using it for business they don’t do anything about it. Needless to say I started this job with a source of transportation and now I have none. Also you are working 13 hour days 6 days a week so if you want a life don’t come here. You’re becoming nothing but a slave to them. And they say it’s all perfect and happy but in all reality the “CEO” makes the leaders just lie to you to get you to stay. You won’t go anywhere in this business so just don’t bother. I feel so naive for leaving a good full time job with benefits for this place because come to find out when you hit your 3 month mark they don’t even give you benefits! So for your own good just stay away from here. It’s not worth the time of day. It’s nothing but a big scam.

PYRAMID SCHEME - SCAM - DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

Absolutely nothing. This place is a joke

Cons

Do not work for this company! this is a huge scam. They make you wait 3 weeks to get a check and they do that because most people dont last the 3 weeks I'm guessing. The hours were horrible. Everyone was so close to each other they spent 8am-8 or 10pm with them Mon-Fri. I had no personal time to do anything. Whole place seemed super fishy. Should have known really because everyone acted so professional but if my boss was making so much he wouldn't drive around in a busted down car i know that. they make you drive alot of places and use your vehicle. i never got gas reimbursement. I never even got paid! because i didn't make it the 3 weeks! i was so tired of being involved in this work cult thing. I did still work though selling which was the worst thing to do, standing in the back of Walmart for hours on end with people just being rude af to you. I did end up getting 2 sales i believe and my coworker I'm pretty sure just took them, or someone did since I never ever received a pay check anyways. Anyways, there was some clears signs that I should have known it was a pyramid scheme like the amount of money they said you would be making was insane in such a short amount of time. None of it was true!!! this is how they trick you!! Do not let them waste your live!! Shortly after I quit another good friend quit of mine and we have spoken about how naive we were believing these people!! When someone quit at the job and we were asking or wondering where they were - we could NEVER talk about them! they would say "we don't talk about the dead" which is weird as hell. at what job can you not talk about your coworkers? Trying to warn other young naive kids out there. Don't believe them!!
