Cons

They make you do push-ups if you drop something or wear white socks instead of dress socks. And only give you the base pay or commission it is not base pay plus commission.

Pros

You should work here if you enjoy teaching "customers" how to use a phone. Most of your "customers" will be people complaining about their service.

Cons

The only employees with a long-term position are the ones related to the boss. Extremely high turnover, most people either quit or get fired without warning within their first couple weeks. You may have to drive over 50 minutes without compensation so be prepared to spend more on gas than you make in sales.
