Pros
Made good friends with some colleagues who are drama free and doesn’t gossip much like the rest. Good working experience in library knowing their procedures
Cons
Bad working environment due to the unfairness, wasted time waiting to help patron during weekdays. Have to be patient with patrons who are moody/angst at diff days. Small pay

Handle difficult patrons, low salary, no bonus, library will be noisy at certain times
