Pros
Friendly environment and a decent kitchen to heat up your lunch
Cons
Underpaid, overworked and terrible work life balance. They say they are flexible with your schedule but they are not. There is some ability to work from home but they don’t make make it available for a long time so you have to go into the office if you are a newer employee. They also provide you “benefits” but they are expensive and terrible. I mean hundreds of dollars a pay period for a $6k medical deductible? Pointless, but it does allow them to say they give you benefits.
