Worked with this company for over five years. Constantly getting emails from CEO shoving in my face about the new property we just acquired, meanwhile my co workers and I who kept our location afloat for months with no GM on premises have never gotten a single merit increase. No thank you, no recognition whatsoever. We are a small location. We get no marketing budget but they’re on GMs back asking what we can do differently to bring in business. On top of no raises, hours are cut constantly because corporate is also on our back about labor. I know for a fact, they do not care about their associates whatsoever. Priority is making money and cutting corners. Frank, maybe instead of filming AI country music videos you could spend a little time investing in the people who are keeping these locations RUNNING!! Only stuck around because I care about property and the people who work with me. We are good at what we do, it’s reflected in our reviews. Maybe it’s supposed to be the kind of place with a quick turnaround, but guarantee would not get the same reviews with inexperienced kids straight out of high school looking to work a summer job.
