Great culture and workspace

Pros

Explorance values culture and employee experience above all. Even though they recently moved to a fully in-office policy, they are always improving the workspace to make it welcoming and comfortable. With several hangout areas (including a beautiful rooftop where you can work at during summer and an indoor sports bar with pool table, foosball, darts). The office has a lot of green and plants everywhere, so it does not feel like a corporate atmosphere. CEO is approachable and always involved.

Cons

Maybe a little more flexibility in regards to in-office policy would go a long way.

Good team mates is really all I can think of.

Cons

Management appears to favor people who simply agree with them and they listen to the loudest, and that kind of environment leads to poorer-quality software and unrealistic expectations around delivery and results. The quality of the software is a direct reflection of the environment and management culture behind it.
