Pros

fast paced most of the day depending on time of year. good water filtering machine for employees.

Cons

Management has a revolving door. Owners fire employees regularly. They change the way paperwork is handled and processes every few weeks. Owners won't spend money on new version of point of sale software for both desk computers, so you must wait with anxious customer to piggy back on partner's computer. Shop staff dislikes management. Viewing inside of campers in summer heat to write down issues is brutal. Vague reasons used for being "let go".

Pros

Benefits are good, open mon thru Friday for Service personnel...

Cons

Armchair quarterbacks. Management looks out for no one but themselfs. Has a Human resources manager running the texas District.. Probably has never been in an RV.. Tries to implement programs that corrupts the operation of the Business. The Company uses Word and Exel to handle their Sales, Service and customer info.. They have no Dealer software to handle the company operations..
