Great benefits; excellent mission; many lovely people on staff; wonderful members.

Cons

Unnecessary intense pressure to complete more work than humanly possible; deep mistrust of staff by management, who are vulnerable to whisper campaigns. Such a shame, because they could really do amazing work.
