      Great company to work for!

      Pros

      I have been working for Export Packers in the Finance group for almost a year and really enjoy working here. I have worked at a number of places in the last 10 years and have to say this is amongst the best. The people I work with are great, I feel I have been given opportunities to develop and grow as a professional and the company culture is very positive. I find the senior management team to be very competent - there are many industry experts working at this company that I find I can learn a lot from and it really helps that they are very easy going and down to earth people.

      Expectations are high and work deadlines can get tight but I take these as pros and not a cons

      Lots of work, no overtime pay, no proper training. How can you do your job if you have not been trained?

      Pay is low. There is a gender disparity. Not modernized, have to managed with little technical resources.
