Friendly but stimulating environment, pretty small team, the hierarchy is quite flat. As an intern you are usually in charge of writing business plans for the clients and make market researches. However, odds are that you will have some opportunities to interact with clients, visit fairs (in my case, it was a fair in the F&B sector) and have some more experience "on the field". Proactivity is incentivized and rewarded.
Cons
The internship is basically unpaid (with the exception of a small weekly stipend); At this moment in time, it's hard if not impossible to be confirmed after the internship and to scale up in the organizational structure;
