      Pros

      Some good colleagues, some interesting travel.

      Cons

      Staff turnover extremely high. Pay low for the work, hours and expected overtime. Management's tactic was to employ new junior staff each year for the lowest wage possible and cull them regularly. Some opportunities for advancement within the company if you were in the right clique.

      Pros

      Private company culture, not corporate too much. Easy to talk to people and be proactive. If you are proactive you can do a lot and advance well. Lovely people you will work with.

      Cons

      Quick to change orientation, no strict leadership for the long term. Need more open collaboration.
