Clean environment, family owned business, Clientele varies, CEO are respectable people. Somewhat flexible with your schedule.
Cons
Pay is on the lower end, do not expect a raise. In comparison to other salons: there are no benefits. Growing (position, training, learning) minimal to none, you have to pay fees to learn and there is normally no training program when you start off.
