Result oriented company that has a clear picture of where it is going short term and long term. Ownership is outstanding and heavily invests in the success of team members. If you have and all in mentality you will get everything out if this company that you want.
Cons
You will work hard. Everyone is expected to be 100% all in. This is not a con, but some may perceive it that way. If so, the company probably isn't a fit.
