Pros

There are no pros here in this company. If you see any, they are all false pros: false commitments, false promises. Everything is fake. This is the first company which has a lot of selfishness.

Cons

It's a very big story, and I don't know where to start. They just give false promises always. Daily, new rules are implemented to make employees suffocate and feel breathless. They will always find a way to deduct your salary if you work at a client's site and forget to sign in and sign out at their portal, even if you logged working hours at the client's site. Each small thing has a big story here. For example, if you didn't get any work from the client on a day, they will deduct that day's salary. You won't get bonuses, referral money, or weekend work compensations. Pregnant women don't get maternal leave, and they will try to remove and make her resign. If an employee questions them about anything, he or she will become an enemy. If he or she joins anywhere else, they will give bad feedback to make the employee suffer even more. Most hate here bonds with their own conditions. Those bonds are Rs. 100 bonds, not company paper bonds. Those conditions will have lakhs of rupees in fines. Here, there's no freedom of speech. Their client is publicly available, so many companies do business with the same client. If you resign here, they keep a condition that you should not work with companies who have their client. What a brainless logical condition they've kept. Every employee has so much hatred here. If they are given a chance, they will speak up. If your laptop has no physical damage and has any software damage, they will deduct that repair cost from your salary. I can't remember every point, but please don't join this hell. If you do, then your life will be hell.

Dear Reviewer, We appreciate your feedback. It's important to clarify that there was complete transparency between you, your parents, and the company regarding our mutual agreement. During the initial six months, the company incurs significant expenses on your salary, laptop/system cost, training costs, and office resources. To ensure a fair return on this investment, we require an agreement to guarantee that employees will stay with the company after training. We are not a non-profit organization, and it's crucial for us to balance the benefits provided to employees with the company's sustainability. The training and supportive environment we offer are designed to help you grow and succeed. We hope you understand the importance of a reciprocal relationship, where both giving and taking are balanced. We encourage you to appreciate the opportunities provided and to approach your role with a mindset of mutual benefit.

No perks just work

Pros

Let's not talk about pros.

Cons

The cons is that the company does not offer any perks such as snacks, or a original coffee machine instead of artificial powder coffee machine, which are often considered in many workplaces. And now they are asking for us to pay for our health insurance which is not good. This is additional burden on employee. They are celebrating birthday with a single cake at the end of each month for those born during that period and distributing single piece of a cake with tissue paper to all employee.

Pros

Great Coffee Machine. Celebrations .

Cons

Oh, where do I even begin with this dumpster fire of a company? Let's start with their impressive client portfolio - oh wait, scratch that, they have ONE client. Yep, that's right, they put all their eggs in one basket and pray to the billing gods that this client doesn't decide to jump ship. And if you're lucky enough to get hired here, congratulations, you've just signed up for a lifetime of being overworked and underpaid. Remember that promise of permanent remote work? Yeah, forget about it. After a year, they suddenly remember they have an office and start summoning you there like it's some sort of twisted initiation ritual. Now, let's talk about office culture. It's like high school, but instead of bullies, you have to deal with boot-licking seniors and snitches lurking around every corner. Want to indulge in some harmless office gossip? Think again, because there's always that one person who's ready to rat you out to the higher-ups. And the cherry on top? The salary debacle. Sure, they pay you decently for the first couple of years, but the moment their precious client starts having issues, suddenly your paycheck is as elusive as a unicorn. You could write the most flawless code known to humanity, but if the client decides to ghost on the bill, tough luck buddy, you're not getting paid. Oh, and forget about work-life balance. They'll dangle that carrot in front of you while you're burning the midnight oil, wondering how you're going to make ends meet with your salary perpetually stuck in limbo. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this sinking ship. Find a company that actually has a diversified client base and knows how to treat its employees like human beings, not expendable pawns in their game of corporate chess.

Hello, Same Fake Reviewer, First, we do not have any Management Trainees in Mumbai, as we currently do not offer remote working options. If you were truly one of our employees, you would be aware of our client list and collaborations. Writing such false reviews serves no purpose. Please refrain from posting fake reviews.
