Pros

read the cons it says it all

Cons

There are people in management positions who don’t know how to use the EMR and openly admit it! There’s no respect from certain people in power and nothing is ever good enough, get 5 admissions and you’re told you need 20. If you accept help, you get in trouble. If you don’t accept help, you get in trouble. Are you sick? They get mad when you call out! There have been staff who work 4-6 hours overtime and don’t get any thanks for doing so and in fact get yelled at for actually finishing their work. Communication is nonexistent and so is recognition. Also they interviewed and hired someone for one job then gave them a completely different job! They will give you a new role in a completely different department that you have no experience in and not even ask you if you are willing to take it on. If you say no, a target is immediately put on your back. There is so much negativity and tenseness in the air because of management. It’s so bad I tense up when I hear high heels! They’ve also laid off a 6 months pregnant woman because the census was low, they begged a woman to come back from maternity leave early only to fire her on her first day back. The turnover rate is very high here and administration is to blame! Administration is so disorganized a kindergarten class has more organization!

Pros

They took all the pros away

Cons

They lied about everything. Took away shift diff and trying to take away 12 hour shift. Don’t trust this company
