Pros

+ Evening snack + You will get to learn a lot as they will overburden your day with loads of tasks and responsibilities which ultimately makes you learn much more than you usually will learn at a similar company of it's size.

Cons

+It will be rare when you would leave the office on time. 11-13 hrs shift is a regular thing in this organization. +They don't believe in work life balance. Usually alternate saturdays are working but be ready to work on 3 saturdays of a month. + They will do big talks about work culture but the thing is there's no work culture in this organization and the owner who looks after the operations will talk like you are his slaves. Be ready for some of the worst and ugly clamor from the owner himself. + You will see that employees deliberately extend the time it would require to finish the work just so that they can sit for extended hours in the office as there's a stigma attached to leaving the office on time.

Dear User First of all I empathise with you and feel sorry the way you felt. Moreover, I appreciate your candidness. I believe we live in a world where we make choices, any individual has their own decision for a career choice. When you join a fast growing startup especially a product one the whole organisation is punching above their weights, late hours are not a function of management vs workers but we collectively trying to solve difficult problems as a team & getting to the next milestone. This takes time, burning the midnight oil & upgrading your skills while you push the company forward. You yourself have mentioned that you learnt a lot. We do not complaint do we when we prepare 12+ hours 365 days for an entrance or boards do we :) Its the zeal or intellectual rush to get to the next growth milestone that separates the boys from the men. I agree with you that its not meant for everyone & I am sure you must have found "relaxed work environment" & "safer pastures". Saying that what I will want you to self-reflect is you pretend to be anonymous & then you hold another individual accountable in public. That's conduct unbecoming. Again that's off-course your choice. But, I personally find it distasteful. As you had or claim to have worked with us, we all have love for you in our hearts & do feel free to reach out in case you need any assistance. They have a good product to work but will become a labour.

Pros

* Good product. * New technologies to learn. * Seniors and colleagues will help you in work.

Cons

* They don't have budget. * You will have to work for long hours and on Saturdays as well. * "Abhi" the co-founder speaks so well that he will convince you for company's benefit and you will feel its your benefit, though you are on loss. * Don't have a good infrastructure as they do not have budget.

Dear Friend First of all I thank you for your candid views. Accepting a critical feedback is the first step. At startup definitely we end up working long hours, its something every individual who interviews or is currently working signs up for. Founders do too. I don't know what this a complaint, its something we feel proud to build & share. We are trying to reach the goals quickly with speed as that's how startups & nature of the business is, speed of execution & market share. However, lately we have now have alternate Saturday's off for our people & moreover Co-Founder's ( who are people too :) to take off for personal errands & time. Maybe you are not aware as you no longer are associated with us. I do not understand what you mean by "no budget" & "no infrastructure". We pay & always have paid well moreover located in the heart of Bhandarkar Road, Pune with all basic & advanced facilities you can think of. If due to my behaviour you feel you were at loss I will be more than happy to attend to you & respond to your queries. In person or on call. Also if you have worked 3 years since our inception you must have seen your own personal & professional growth which is something I'll leave you to measure & appreciate. Cons

- Leave appliance is very bad - micro-management - six days wokring - full of politics
