      Great mission and concept. Good for employees of the businesses.

      Cons

      The organization has a lack of leadership, resolution, no HR, management, and transparency to all employees and the community. Lack of equality; staff are treated differently and different expectations. Some staff are overworked while others allowed to under work. Fraternization.

      Excellent patients. If you are liked by management, you will enjoy this job.

      Cons

      Owners/managers can be incredibly loud and rude. With more experience and staff (i.e. less stress), this could be a great company to work for.
