Pros

- Flexible rota allocation, suitable for students / maternity - No prior skills necessary

Cons

- Management promoted on friendships, decisions are not objectively taken - Very small chance for growth within the company - No interest in professional development of the employees - Incentives / bonuses removed, often being deceived about them - High turnover of staff - Unfair treatment is often overseen and put "under the carpet" - Unsocial hours of work

Pros

Nice building, car park (but limited spaces), break area (although stopped providing necessities), chairs (no back support), fun games

Cons

Managers come in drunk all the time, managers threaten to hit staff members, managers laugh at employees that get dismissed, no communication, managers talking in their own language and laughing whilst looking at presenters, managers shout at presenters whilst they are on air, hiring from specific countries in order to pay minimum wage compared to others doing same job, taking away entitlements, promises discussed at interview not fulfilled, dismissing employees without allowing them legal entitlements, some staff dealing without licences from gambling commission
