I'll keep it simple:
- no clear direction
- management is as confused as their subordinates
- management does not know how to lead
- the owner keeps women from advancing (yes, I'm aware of the FEW handful of women in supervisory and management positions)
- web development is behind the times as is their staff and it shows in their lack of skills
- some web development don't deserve those jobs, they don't even know what they're doing and heavily lean on the ones that do to cover their lack of skills
- management is just as clueless, those people get promoted only because of tenure not because they have earned their place at the table
- one walks around with his turkey neck acting nonchalant and friendly, but is worthless to his team and the company, but he does play it well.
- in order to fit in you have to do some major "friend-making" and be below average intelligence level. Dont believe me? Take a job there and observe, you'll be back here writing a similar review
Take a look at the ratings. When a negative rating is given, management hints at it to subordinates so they go on there and give a review. Take a look at the reviews and you'll see how many good reviews follow a bad.
