Pros
Location is right off 880 and 237 giving a a strategic advantage. Starbucks coffee and good people. Some good things to learn.
Cons
No performance appraisal, management always complains about losses and uses that as reason for raise. No raise unless followed up persistently and raise is in pennies. Management treats human resources as disposable entities and hence fails to retain good people. Exceptionally cheap in terms of benefits and day to day business.
