      Used to be a great company.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Non existent communication. High turnover. Fluffy promises. C-suite sends out motivational emails written by chatgpt. Experimentation is encouraged and then punished if it's not a 100% success. Timezones mean you will rarely work 9-5. C-suite is desperately cutting costs. Pay is below industry average.

      The people who do the work are great!

      It is very sad to see the state of the company. This time last year new “leadership” joined the company, replacing people who had actual knowledge of the industry and relationships with the customers. This is when the culture, collaboration and trust disappeared. Unfortunately, both employees and customers noticed the change. The toxic environment and blatant bullying by the leadership is acceptable. The technology is years behind the competitors and will only continue to fall behind.
