Direct customer support in the field can be a challenge during bad weather, but I think anyone from the area understands this. I personally liked the extra element of adventure when the opportunities were there. Getting to a customer and exceeding their expectations is satisfying, but doing it in a blizzard is even better.
Devin has been working hard on building up a core team of dedicated people. Before that process could mature, work loads were sometimes strained, but by 2016 it had really matured and the support and collaboration with this core team was productive and very positive.
