Pros
It is a stable work, despite of not paying a lot. Beside that the employees have chance to grow and achieve promotions.
Cons
It does not have retirement plan and any other facilities for a calm rest after years of work, adding low salaries, the future is not clean. The former workers must look for another job if they want to have a comfortable life in the future.
