      Supportive and professional day-to-day coworkers Direct managers were approachable and made reasonable efforts to provide training Team-level interactions were generally respectful

      Severely disorganized onboarding and delayed access to basic systems Inconsistent communication and lack of follow-through from senior leadership Role expectations changed after initial alignment Decisions were reversed without transparency or accountability Limited organizational structure and unclear ownership of decisions Compensation did not align with the level of uncertainty or responsibility

      Hard working teams of good people. The employees actually care about helping the customers and making sure they have a good experience. This always made me happy.
