Great caring coworkers work as a team.

Cons

Management is completely disconnected from customers and staff. Customers suffer and complain but managers are overly concerned with their hierarchy and spreadsheets and do not want to be bothered. Some dishonest doctors routinely overcharge. Company doesn't do anything.
