Decent Company...

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere most of the time, decent benefits, laxed dress code, decent salary.

Cons

HR is a joke, promotions are based on who you're friends with and who likes you. Many of the Directors are totally clueless and again have their jobs based on they know or who they're dating. Its kind of like the 13th and 14th grade of high school- but not quite freshman year in college. If you went to UGA or Tech, you're in the clique and you'll be set.

EyeWonder gets technology and service -- they promote building the best technology to solve the company's problems and have an amazing service organization to back it up.

Cons

MediaMind merger has resulted in layoffs in technology -- and no good picture about whether MediaMind will keep EyeWonder's DNA.

Culture, comraderie, innovation, customer first philosophy, creative environment, liberal, very employee friendly, great people, fun place to work, benefits, challenging

Cons

CEO is no longer involved, has checked out and it has affected the business. More concerned with his own other business ventures. Should have stepped down in the interest of the company when purchased by limelight. Product innovation has suffered over last couple of years.
