upper management doesn’t gaf about you. awful pay. overworked and underpaid. unappreciated. the job isn’t hard but the training that they give you is horrible. no one wants to work there because of how low the pay is. i had to work a couple months where it was just me and one other girl. i’ve been begging to be able to work up front at check in and one of the new employees who got hired less than a month ago is working up front doing optical which seems super unfair to me because they are also working in the lab which is my only source of commission and im never in there anymore.

May not become proficient in using equipment due to poor management instruction. I was expected to be able to use all the equipment quickly and accurately, but proper training was not provided. High stress environment.
