      My experience here enabled me to develop a strong grasp of the finer aspects of recruitment, driven by the mentorship and guidance of senior team members. The environment was challenging, but the pressure was constructive and enhanced the overall learning curve. Today, as I head the Talent Acquisition function at a corporate firm, I attribute that foundation to this organization.

      Great place to work with a strong, performance-driven culture and excellent incentive payouts that are always timely. I’ve worked with them both as an internal recruiter and on client-site RPO assignments, and the exposure, ownership, and learning opportunities have been consistently high. A solid platform for anyone looking to grow fast in the recruitment space.

      The environment can be demanding at times, especially during peak hiring times,, but that is common with all companies.
