      Pros

      Excellent benefits and work-life balance, team spirit, company growth opportunities and workspace (center of Paris), international exposure, immediate growth and responsibilities, and so much more..

      Cons

      No real inconvenients, management listens and is prone to change (there used to be no work from home and now we have, no RTT and now we have, etc).

      Flexibility Build own routine Networking Small startup with no investors, no budget

      Cons

      No work life balance, if something goes wrong ceo blames you but if you do something against their will and it goes well they praise you, no career advancement, no managers to keep track of progress for interns and juniors (not ideal if you’re starting your career with low pay), biases towards certain employees promise to go to exhibitions 1-2 a month but fail to keep promise.
