None the properties this company owns are really old and poorly maintained, turn over is high based on the tenure of the current employees.

During the interview process I was asked how old were my children? Where did I live currently and where did I live growing up? These questions are illegal to ask any candidate and have nothing to do with the position or my qualifications. I can easily open a complaint with the EEOC about this issue. The property manager needs further training on fair housing and employment laws.
